Chad Reynolds entered the security industry at a young age as a Gaming Commission Officer, assigned to the fast
paced world of the Casino industry. His role at the casino were like something you'd see in a Hollywood movie; like
escorting high roller entourages into Main Cage and delivering chained cases filled with money to Soft Count.

When Chad and his wife Christy moved to Dallas, Texas, they started Reynolds Protection. At first, their goals were small
and simply wanted their own business license so Chad could operate as a freelance Bodyguard. They never would
have guessed that it would turn into what is now one of Texas’ fastest growing Security companies - with over
40
corporate accounts that include three Fortune 500 companies and Super Bowl XLV. Reynolds Protection now has over
1
20 Officers employed; stationed in Houston and Dallas. Chad has been featured in Smart Business Magazine, D
Magazine
and on CBS 11.

His licensing and certifications are currently held through Texas’ Department of Public Safety. His original Security training
was in Mississippi by a private Security team. He has since continued his training by the Private Security Bureau and
ASIS.

But those who know Chad, knows that he downplays his importance and instead gives all credit to the team that works
under him. Chad says that the success of Reynolds Protection would be non-existent without magnificent employees that
show leadership and contribute great ideas that lead to their growth. With the luxury of having the most brilliant team of
guards in the business; Chad has never let ego get in the way of letting an employee take over a project if he thinks that
someone else can run the assignment more effectively. With zero tolerance for inflated egos or "Tough Guys" who bully
people with their badge - he says that unselfish teamwork has been the key to having such a harmony within their
company.
Christy Reynolds, Chad’s wife, plays a big role in the company. Her background in Law
Enforcement makes her very knowledgeable in Security related matters, however she
prefers to stay behind the scenes and strictly deal with employee relations. It is her goal to
ensure that everyone at Reynolds Protection feels like family.
