Reynolds Protection is a Security Agency based in Dallas,
Texas, founded by the Reynolds family (read more). We
service the entire state with Security Officers, Armed Guards
and Personal Protection Officers – Also known as
Bodyguards. Across the great State of Texas, you will spot
our employees in places such as high rise lobbies, banks,
medical clinics and even guarding million dollar homes. Our
clientele ranges from Fortune 500 companies to small Mom
& Pop store fronts.
We are licensed by the Department of Public Safety’s Private
Security Bureau. Given the serious nature of what we do, the
DPS & PBS monitor our Officers, and our company, very
closely to ensure we follow their rules and guidelines in our
hiring, training, ethics and business practices.

Training & Schooling
As a part of the Officers' licensing, all employees must be tested and trained by
the Department of Public Safety at one of their Certified Security schools. In
class we learn Laws and Statutes, what we can and can NOT do as security
officers, as well as discuss possible security scenarios that could occur and
conduct role playing how to eliminate those threats.
Level 3 Armed Guards have been trained in Security related handgun drills and
procedures. Each officer must maintain passing scores on these skills in order to
remain an active license. In addition, all Armed Guards must keep clean criminal
backgrounds, which are checked regularly by the DPS & PSB.

customer satisfaction. Putting quality guards at our customers’ property has
always been our goal rather than winning a bidding war. When hiring guards, we
go through extensive interviewing process that ranks them on a forty point rating
scale; with the highest emphasis on intelligence and quick thinking. Typically, we
receive 100 job applicants per month and we trim that number down to 4 to 5
Officers that we deem worthy to don the Reynolds uniform.
